I think it’s human nature to do things when there’s a reason for doing them.

Well… nowadays… yeah!!!

Being pretty doesn’t just mean putting on make ups and lipsticks or shimmers and all. It’s about being beautiful naturally!

Most people tell me that I look young for my age. One day, I’ll show you my photo. But I’ll keep myself "incognito" for a while… I remember one of the senators of our country told me that he finds me an enigma.  

So let’s keep it that way for now… Unless I get lots of letter and emails and posts of request… hahaha… 

So let me share with you my "beauty secrets".

I use some products to keep my skin clean and healthy.

Let me share some of my favorites with you.

For now, I’ll talk about my facial cleanser. You don’t have to buy the most expensive products to get the same result.

I used to be a Lancome fan. I even bought big bottles when I went to Paris. Then I used Nu Skin. They are all great products. They really work!

But then L’oreal bought Lancome and started producing products that have the same ingredients as Lancome at less cost. 

Now, I use L’oreal’s Skin Renewing Cleansing Foam with Activa-Cell + Vitamin C.

If I’m not mistaken, it was Nu Skin that first introduced the facial wash that has vitamin C. Now, many other brands have included vitamin C.

I don’t like using products that drastically change my skin like peeling solutions and stuff. I believe in the natural process. That’s life’s natural law.

I tend to have combination skin and so far, with L’oreal’s facial wash, I have somehow controlled the combined oily and dry parts of my skin.

I keep my face naturally clean, use powder, lipstick (when I go out of course), eyeshadows which many have complimented on a lot of times, eyebrow cake which looks very, very natural. The color and manner of application depends on whether i’m going to work, I’ll be doing some "coaching", or going to an evening party.

Next installment, I’ll be talking about the other products that I use to maintain natural-looking younger skin. (That’s what people have been telling me. So I better believe them, don’t you think so?)

Oatmeal, fruits and lots of fluids do help. (Don’t forget to pee.. Sshhh.. Has it ever happened that you’re so engrossed with your work that you don’t even leave your chair to visit the restroom?) 

Sitting in front of the PC for long straight hours can be very, very bad for your eyes, back and legs. And there are medical researches that provide some evidence that supplementary breaks reliably minimize discomfort and eyestrain without impairing productivity.

Please don’t forget to get up from the chair, stretch a little bit, do some eye exercises.
